RIISE is a member organization with a virtual and live community that puts systems in place for independent schools to protect, attract and retain families. It also supports families with access to resources and research necessary for navigating the complex dynamics of an independent school environment.
RIISE seeks to ensure that new and current families, recruited through the rigorous admissions process will be empowered to become vital, active, committed and fulfilled members of their school communities. RIISE will offer equitable access to social, economic and academic resources and research. Virtual and live programming will encourage partnerships between parents and school community in search of well-balanced matriculation. This vested interest and level of retention will directly benefit the vision of both families and independent schools to achieve and maintain a more diverse and inclusive community.

These four core initiatives are enhanced by partnerships with member independent schools.
RIISE meets the family right where they are with virtual resources and workshops. Parent membership provides full access to this virtual community. Live programming also seeks to empower families to show up just as they are and grow with the community. Parent members will have discounts passed along for events that have a premium.
